Mark Robinson

Mark is a Senior Associate within our renowned Personal Injury team. He has extensive experience in dealing with all types of accident claims and in particular motorcycle accidents, where he has assisted clients with life changing injuries including brain injuries, severe orthopaedic injuries and amputations.

Education & career

Mark graduated from Keele University in 2004 after studying Law with Criminology. He went on to complete his LPC in 2007 at Staffordshire University, where he returned in 2012 to complete an LLM Master of Laws in Legal Practice Management. Mark qualified as a Solicitor in 2014, having worked as a paralegal for 6 years previous exclusively within Personal Injury litigation.

Despite starting his career in the retail and commercial sector, Mark always had a keen interest in law following high profile criminal cases and investigations. He says:

"Helping people who couldn’t help themselves was always a priority for me and despite initially wanting to work within the criminal justice system, after taking my first position in a personal injury department and seeing the help and support lawyers provide to injured people at such a difficult time in their life I have not looked back since!"

Mark joined the Personal Injury team here at Potter Rees Dolan back in October 2018 and strives to put his clients first, by identifying their expectations at the outset and being sensitive and sympathetic in understanding all of their rehabilitation needs. Mark says:

"My focus is on guiding my clients through the claims process in a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring the best possible outcome for them and to exceed their expectations - which is possible when working closely with such highly skilled and accomplished colleagues."

Outside of work...

In his free time, Mark is a keen sportsman playing football, golf, badminton and squash and is an avid supporter of Stoke City Football Club. He also enjoys countryside walks with his whippet, Polly.
