Sophie Birch

Sophie is a Senior Associate within our renowned Clinical Negligence team, working closely with Helen Dolan, Lesley Herbertson, Gill Edwards and Helen Budge on a variety of cases including those involving cerebral palsy, surgical errors and brain and spinal injuries.

Education & career

Sophie graduated from the University of Manchester in 2009 with a degree in Law and went on to complete the LPC at the School of Law, Manchester.

Sophie has experience in handling a wide range of medical negligence claims. One of her favourite aspects of her role as a solicitor is meeting and building a rapport with clients - Sophie is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for each client that she works with.

Outside of work...

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys attending ballet classes, going to the theatre and spending time with her family and friends.
