Terri Kelly

Terri is a Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence team, having joined Potter Rees Dolan in the second half of 2021.

Education & Career

Terri studied Law at Sheffield Hallam and graduated in 2011, before going onto complete her LPC straight after graduating. Whilst at University, Terri was a member of the law clinic which provided pro bono advice to clients on a range of issues. She also did a placement at a firm in America which dealt with criminal and civil issues.

Terri started working within the field of clinical negligence in 2013. She commenced her specialist training in 2017 in the areas of clinical negligence, international personal injury and abuse and qualified as a Solicitor in 2019, specialising in clinical negligence.

What inspired Terri’s career in law? She says:

"It is a privilege being able to help people achieve the justice they deserve and to improve their lives which is the main focus within clinical negligence."

Outside of work...

Terri used to play Sunday league football but those days are over now! However, she does have a little puppy (Ted) who keeps her on her toes.
