Chambers and Partners: Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury teams ranked in 2022

We are proud to announce that both the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence teams here at Potter Rees Dolan are once again ranked within Chambers and Partners legal directory.
Our Clinical Negligence team was described by Chambers as:
"Well-regarded team with an impressive caseload of complex clinical negligence work. Assists with matters relating to missed diagnosis and delayed treatment of spinal and brain injuries. Also has experience handling complicated birth injuries, including cerebral palsy cases and breach of duty claims. Adept at cases related to negligent surgery and psychiatric care. Demonstrates additional expertise in high-value amputation cases and fatal claims."

Helen Dolan has extensive expertise in assisting clients with catastrophic spinal injuries. Dolan is also well versed in cases surrounding surgical negligence resulting in brain damage, as well as birth injury claims. She additionally handles delayed diagnosis cases.
