Our Clinical Negligence team was described by Chambers as:

Also has experience handling complicated birth injuries, including cerebral palsy cases and breach of duty claims. Adept at cases related to negligent surgery and psychiatric care. Sources said the Head of the Clinical Negligence team, Helen Dolan, is "very dynamic and forward-thinking" and "Helen Dolan is a confident and friendly lawyer who offers sound advice and instils confidence in her clients." Chambers said:

Helen Dolan has extensive expertise in assisting clients with catastrophic spinal injuries. Dolan is also well versed in cases surrounding surgical negligence resulting in brain damage, as well as birth injury claims. She additionally handles delayed diagnosis cases.
