We are very excited to announce that both the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence teams here at Potter Rees Dolan, now part of Top 100 law firm Hugh James, are once again ranked within Chambers and Partners legal directory.
Our Clinical Negligence team was described by Chambers as:
"Potter Rees Dolan, Serious Injury Solicitors has a well-regarded team with an impressive caseload of complex clinical negligence work. The team in Manchester assists with matters relating to missed diagnosis and delayed treatment of spinal and brain injuries. The firm also has experience handling complicated birth injuries, including cerebral palsy cases and breach of duty claims. It is adept at cases relating to negligent surgery and psychiatric care. The firm also demonstrates additional expertise in high-value amputation cases and fatal claims."

Helen Dolan is senior managing partner and head of the clinical negligence team at the firm. She has extensive expertise in assisting clients with catastrophic spinal injuries. Hugh Potter, Head of our Personal Injury department, is top ranked and described by Chambers as:
Hugh Potter is lauded as a leading practitioner for personal injury matters, with a particular focus on complex claims connected with severe brain and spinal cord injuries.
Gary Herbert is also ranked in Personal Injury and is described as "a prominent claimant solicitor in the personal injury team at Potter Rees Dolan. He has significant experience advising clients on brain injury cases arising out of RTAs."
