A new campaign was launched this week by THINK! to raise awareness on drink driving this festive period.
Research by THINK! shows how one in 10 people would consider having two or more drinks before getting behind the wheel.
According to the Department for Transport, a second drink can double your chance of being in a fatal collision which is highlighted in the campaign videos (one of which you can watch below).
The new campaign is designed to target those who do not recognise the impact even a small number of drinks can have on your driving.
With a focus on priorities, the videos highlights how peer pressure or worrying about getting into an argument with someone is preferable over death.
The campaign uses #butalive to promote how you may be 'in the doghouse' but you are alive.
These new adverts aim to make you THINK! about how a second drink can double the chances of a fatal collision.
The results of their survey showed how, even though almost everyone asked said they don't think it's right to drive after more than one drink, 18% admitted to having done so.
