Highlights from 'Breaking the Boundaries' conference

It is always inspiring to get the opportunity to meet with some of our clients after they have been through the litigation process and see how they are getting on.

Many clients, mainly during the litigation, will have a case manager appointed to them and whilst we as lawyers consider case managers to be vitally important it is not always clear that clients and families will decide to continue using their service once the claim is at an end.

It was therefore a fantastic experience to see this short video taken from CCMS (a case management company) who organised a fantastic conference to highlight what case managers could help their clients achieve irrespective of their disability.

By all accounts the day was a great success with representatives from the legal sector, rehabilitation, case managers and of course, the individual clients themselves all pulling together to show off great achievements and ensure that no-one feels something is not possibly due to disability.

Here at PotterReesDolan we are hugely looking forward to this year’s conference in October and cannot wait to hear all about “Breaking More Boundaries”.
