The specialist Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence solicitors here at Potter Rees Dolan have managed to secure over £98 million in damages for clients during the lockdown put in place due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Partner Gary Herbert explained: 

"Whilst lockdown has meant that normal life has ground to a halt for many people, for our clients with life changing injuries their need for support has continued unabated and in many cases increased. We have had to change the way we have worked with each other, how we have supported our clients and how we have conducted litigation with the Courts. At the start of lockdown the firm pro-actively contacted insurers and their solicitors to establish new ways of working and communicating. We liaised closely with medical experts and therapists to establish new ways of supporting our clients to minimize their risks from Covid whilst still helping them manage the effects of their injuries."
