Over the weekend, the Mail on Sunday published an article which heavily criticized the amount of money paid out by the NHS to victims of Clinical Negligence, and in turn the size of the costs bill that is paid to the firms who represent such individuals. In our latest blog, we reiterate that without such claims, poor care would go unchecked, there would be little to no accountability, and there would be little hope of improving standards.
