In addition to providing hot drinks and meals, we also offer daily employment and skills sessions, arts and sports classes, and accommodation assistance. My sister and I would like to take this opportunity to thank both Hannah and Potter Rees Dolan for your time and consideration regarding our case.

You have shown a depth of feeling towards us that we did not expect. Your support and guidance has been invaluable in as much as we have been able to grasp the complexities behind the pursuit of such a case, cause and effect and potential outcomes.

We still feel strongly that whilst the outcome may or may not have been the same, the diagnosis was delayed due to poor management and lack of pertinent diagnostic skills (lack of cytology). Furthermore, there was a failure of communication regarding the fast-track suspected ‘cancer’ status which clearly did not occur. As a consequence, he was robbed of any ability to receive chemotherapy/radiation at an earlier stage.

Taking all of this into consideration, the physical manifestation of the disease and its subsequent impact, we have decided to soldier on.

For us, his suffering and subsequent demise should not have happened in the manner in which it did. We greatly appreciate the link that you sent us and will be taking full advantage of it. We wish you well and success in all your future endeavors.
