Now that the case has reached a successful conclusion, I am writing on behalf of D to say how pleased he has been with the outcome and the care and attention that PRD have given him. Sophie Birch has done an amazing job.  Everything she has done has been spot on and she has had a really impressive grasp of all the aspects of the case.  She has been a pleasure to deal with and has always dealt promptly with the many emails with which we have bombarded her.  Additionally, the case she and the barrister presented at the inquest into P's death made everyone involved aware that mistakes were made and that opportunities were lost in P's treatment in 2015. Their case also brought to light failings in the system at the hospital in question which hopefully have now been addressed.
